One professional accomplishment I have achieved from previous employers was the  ability to resolve issues the customer had and to ensure that they were satisfied at the end. My values are respect and equality. Being respected helps to promote a positive work culture which enables employees to know that their work is being appreciated. In my career, I've came across employees who had opinions which I did not approve of and vice versa. In situations like this, I acknowledge other's people bravery to express their true thoughts and opinions and I learn the fact that it's ok to have thoughts that differ from others. It's what makes us unique. Equality is a value about ensuring that every individual has the same opportunities to make the most out of their lives and talents. During my experience of being a digital advertising agent, I've learnt to  establish the principles of equality. I've learnt to adapt working with people who are of a different race.

 

When I'm not occupied with work, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, reading beauty blogs and watching beauty products review. Gotta love rewarding myself.
